Nice to see Kenya's COTU, other African union of workers and indeed every other third world country who bears the brunt of World bank's harsh conditions demand the immediate resignation of it's president, the war criminal Paul Wolfowitz, a hypocrite who goes around the world preaching water yet drinks wine. COTU's Francis Atwoli demanded that he resign and my hope is the pressure the rest of the world's workers would do the same sooner rather than later.

Nyiganet, u were so right, just watching the news right now, they say he already resigned effective june 30th but would be forced to go on compulsory leave between now and then. The german development minister had already demanded that he don't show up in Berlin next week for a session of world bank aid to africa. The guy is a walking war criminal who deserves to be on the dock at the Haque answering crimes against humanity charges for his role in the invasion of a sovereign nation that never threatened nor attacked the united states. Funny how the woman who brought the jewish bastard down is an arab....any way you look at it, good riddance ...i guess the old cliche, never underestimate the power of a cunt still holds......

i just wish all african leaders would also get this kind of outcome... which is what they deserve for repeated corrupt practices. The whole crimes against humanity is a whole different deal...

Angela, there you go again, well, first of all, that wasn't his wife but a girlfriend,...secondly, Wolfowitz never should have been nominated to lead the world bank in the first place. Kosengeng Bush was just repaying his fellow war criminal by nominating him to a cosy position....these guys are absolute morons and if life was fair Bush and his idiotic friends who planned to invade Iraq on a lie should have gotten what Saddam got. As for African leaders, not all of them are corrupt obviously but my point is, and it would still defeat the purpose to have a guy who illegally channels funds and unmerited promotion to his girlfriend telling African leaders how to best fight corruption and nepotism. that's all i am saying.
