Let me say this the bible has put it clear those signs of the end times and they are so clear now and evident that these are the last day and we should be ready since the soon is so soon now but i can't say how soon is this soon only God know not eaven the son just be ready because it is so soon as i may say anyway eaven if i tell you today its 1year of 100years that wont help you in any way what if you die today so you need to be prepared anytime and minute no matter how soon it is.

Many people have been in need of knowing how SOON Christ will come back. Soon is Soon. Whether we employ all our thinking and Wisdom, we are not in the position to understand everything that the Bible says. It is only God, whose wisdom surpasses everything, undersatands and we ask that He may send us the Holy Spirit to open our minds in this. Philosophers change the Bible to be a Philosophy Book, Psychologists to be Psychology Book, etc. Be careful!!! SOON means SOON and no specific date or time that has been written in the Bible. What I know is that Christ will come back anytime. He can come now, tomorrow or any other time. He will come like a THIEF!! If He had said the time my friends, all of us would be doing all kinds of SINS and EVILS and so we are suppose to be READY AND READY AND READY!!!! God Bless.

ndugu Edwin, with all due respect, gotta say i believe in what the bible says any more than i believe in santa coming down from the north pole every christmas............i mean, if you actually read the bible good, you can't help but run into many inconsistencies which gets me thinking that may be it isn't the word of God after all.........in the first place coz we cannot even verify who wrote it....for example, it's been proven that Paul didn't write the book of Hebrews as the Bible leads us to believe........& while I am not a specialist in religion i have so many reservations about it that's why i sometimes think it's a propaganda tool that white folks made up to eternal power over the rest of us...that's all

i dunno what to believe any more Cheptabkoret......I used to believe in all the BS we were all spoonfed as kids till i started thinking about all the biblical stories logically & critically and came to the conclusion that as much aswe are told to depend on FAITH to cut the bible some slack, in my humble opinion, the scriptures on it are purely fictional for the most part. On the other hand, I see all the economic, social & racial injustice that goes on in our world every damn minute of every damn day and it gets me thinking that if God really existed, he would see wrong and try to right it, see wars and try to stop it, see injustice and try to rectify it. That's why i really think that science has a leg up on sripture right now coz at least it gives us answers to the burning questions that we have as regards our own existence and more importantly, that of our own planet

well well, I say this biikyok, coz we live under human law where authorities have to proof that we broke the law b4 they give us punishment either in fines, solitary confinements and/or send us to the joint, all i am saying is that may be we ought to hold God's law to the same standard we have here where facts have to be tallied, discussed, debated, analyzed & verified b4 we jump to conclusions as to what happens after we exit the planet.......anything outside of that is at least a theory in my view

Hi all,
Very interesting this discussion. Did I read somewhere that the just shall live by faith? Or a day is like a thousand years! I also understand that humanists, agnostics and other like minded have been on the run recently.
But seriously, Christianity as a religion is made of much solid stuff than rumour. It is solid scientifically, morally and of course in that other sphere called spirituality.
Second coming is also very well documented and whereas the day may be hard to pin point, the times are clear and it is soon.
My suggestion is that you look beyond religion into this other place called faith.

I see your point Mogiyo, but the last time i checked, a cult leader here in the states told his followers to live by FAITH & follow him to a highrise building, then jump off of it and they would fly & ascend straight to heaven contradicting the laws of physics NONETHELESS.....needless to say, things turned ugly ....my point is, DOUBT is a very good thing, it's always good to question & doubt something & yes, we can always TRUST but it's also worth the effort to VERIFY and I dare say that applies to all aspects of our short lives on this fragile planet and yes, that includes FAITH

Thanx for your arguments. It is Good that we have all heard of the Gospel. I am willing to help anyone who has really not heard of the Gospel of Christ and also answer questions which are genuine. Guys lets think of our lives and don't make our hearts to be hearts of "Stones". lets not also bring in examples of foolish people in order to proof the Bible wrong.
