A West Virginia man accused of passing gas and fanning it toward a police officer no longer faces a battery charge.His excuse to the judge was,He had an upset stomach, but police didn't let him go to the toilet.
I've been laughing my lungs out this morning about this article, it is funny beyond my own explanation and I will just let you read it for yourself

hehehehe
actually this made the crazy monday a day to recorn when i heard it literally it was b'coz the guy was drunk and after passing the police inspection and had failed the only way to escape was to have the plce horrible 
this reminds me of the high school lashing by deputy h.o.d especially in the office you silenty emmit toxic when you receive two strokes in your ties behind, and nearly all over guys could do and the office will not be fit for human to stay in it all the books and files will carry the fume particle for some tyme
