Edwin,am just curious.Is there a verse in the bible that forbids masturbation,or that qualifies it as sex (before marriage)?In case there is no such verse,I would just like to know who came up with this idea.Am not saying that everything that pleases God should be in the bible,am just curious where one gets more doctrines from,if these aren't in the bible.

Just like lesbianism and homosexualism, masturbation is sin. this is drawn from the understanding of the scripture.The bible calls for Holiness from all sinful or evil acts. Leviticus talks much about how the Israel Nation was to do (Leviticus 15). Many verses also talk of sexual immorality and since God has given us knowledge then we should not only practice this because it is not clearly stated in the bible. The thing that qualifies this to be sexual is the idea that you do it with some strong feelings and motives of thinking about the actual act.

again" he tells himself, and proceeds to load them up, and drive them
out to the woods. He spends all day shagging the sheep and upon
returning home, falls listlessly into bed.
The next morning, he cannot even raise himself from the bed to look but
of the window. He asks his wife to look, and tell him if the sheep are
lying in the grass.

"No," she says, "they're all in the Land Rover, and one of them is
beeping the horn.
