u can nerech as much as u want....but the fact remain...most kipsigis mps were missing in action when the fire was burning...and i repeat the only people who demonstrated their annoyances were the common mwananchi from kipsigis land not their mps.....it is the common mwananchi from bomet, sotik, litein, kericho name it...that showed their anger when ainamoi mp was murdered....if this mps had protested as much as they are protesting now...we would know for sure the killers of the mp by now.....but as it shows they are only interested in their stomachs and their pockets being lined.....and as for me, am not a nandi.....but i saw what the nandi mps did then......unless bwana parv u can tell me who from kipsigis u want to replace kosgey and ruto for example..ok maybe franklin bett...all the others are non starters, can only ruffle feathers in a village fight... _________________ Ability may get you to the top, but it takes character to keep you there

Parv...I saw Franklin bett in a debate against namwamba when he was not an mp yet, last year. it was crazy! namwamba made bett look like a total fool. he could not explain why the mps are paid so much salary. The man can only argue at the village level, but put him against martha karua on hard talk and you will regret that you ever opened your mouth in his defense. They first of all need to learn to speak English that's is not infested with so much kale, or they might as well speak kale and look for a translator. he is my mp, but i could care less how many mistries we get as kipsigis. as long it is a kale whether nandi or what, i take pride! _________________ Africa begins at the end of the road...PLO

lol Chep...here's my humble kabarangwe view....for any ODM MP to start complaining about "my people" being shortchanged and robbed of any cabinet positions is like Liz telling me she's gonna give me a great head job then when a brother goes all the way in her mouth, she complains that wasn't what I agreed to. ...I mean, are these ODM MP morons serious?, what did they expect?, as I said b4, the Lemindet f!cked up the moment he let Kibaki remain the top dog knowing very well that the latter was gonna usurp all the power & make the Lemindet his bitch on a go forward basis...tesll you what, things will get worse before they get better unless & until the Lemindet remembers he's the one who ACTUALLY won the election & start throwing his weight around a little bit...for now though & in lieu of the kyuk mafia having pacified the lemindet so damn much, biikabkutit, especially my Kipsigis folks, better get used to reality 101 & must saddle up for a rough ride coz the Lemindet won't rock the boat as long as he & his close associates are well fed/compensated/given a piece of the national cake aka safaricom shares...see what I mean?..wtf? _________________ a CITIZEN without POLITICAL KNOWLEDGE is a VIRTUAL CRIMINAL....when the POWER of LOVE overcomes the LOVE of POWER, the WORLD will know PEACE....I would rather be HATED for WHO I am than LOVED for WHAT I am not....LIVE FREE or DIE HARD!!!

ALTOO, your analogy is not only comical but im afraid its pure truth. Coming from the kipsigis land, I'm perturbed at the song being sang by the likes of BETH, ISSAC RUTTO and other Bomet or so mps. "It will not be business as usual", WTF.?>
The people of Kericho and Bomet decided to go ODM way, not so that its MPs will become ministers, but for a better future, where mwananchi's concerns will be of paramount importance other than petty policking.
They better stop looking like idiots and start a process of working for the common mwananchi. I would like to see even one MP from the Kipsigis land come out of this 10th parliament with a new status of being active in the parliament. 99% percent of them can't speak unless he or she is an assistant minister, otherwise they spent the parliament time nabbing in expense of a bunch.
This is for Kipkalya: You are Kenya's minister of roads, you better use the portfolio to benefit kenyans and not chepalungu folks only. I'll be watching your performance closely. Your last stint as a minister was a disappointment to say the least, just a big mouth character.

Kipngetich you are right, can our Kipsigis brothers tell us what Koech did for them when he was a minister? people should realize that when an MP is made minister, his constituency is now the country as a whole and he will even have little time for those who elected him to parliament. The more than a million he earns per month goes to his pockets and not the constituency. _________________ Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter.
