that actually is inevitable, they must back up, but i beleive the fraud, human error,or dereliction name it, took place more in voting level than ECK'S national tallying office. Am not trying to defend here me out
if i may jagon the law ,a member of the commision may be removed from office for inability to excercise his/her duties and this is passed by the tribunal is when the prezi recomends investigation so lemindet there4 has no capacity
the subsection which follow the above section 41 of the constitutional law protect the office , so all we need to do is the amendment of the laws in order to dispand this maligned body and the establishment of a new one. ECK should be radically be reformed totally with new name,image and ethos.
