I was quite ecstatic this morning watching the 1500m Beijing Olympics Q finals. This Bernard Lagat guy is a total waste! after becoming a USA citizen he promised to be a good role model to the children in the USA and anticipated of winning a gold medal in these Olympics little did he know Kenya still has her heros and sheros despite money hungry people like him.Thank God for our Kiprop a young man with a bright future who has managed to sly the dragon and teach Bernard Lagat a lesson.

At least we can still be consoled by the fact that there still some depth in his roots if he still goes by the name lagat. no one messes with kenyan athletes (even if one still possesses the name&all) and him of all people should know better.
