Is this a joke or what?

- ministry of youth
- ministry of children & gender
- ministry of fish
- ministry of nairobi metro (how about the city council?)
- ministry of regional development
- ministry of northeastern development

Why are two deputy PMs needed? The president has only one 'deputy'

They should have given "ministry of dawa" to Esther Wahome Smile

Raila has loss focus real quick..

Kenya is soon going to be a country of 100 millionares and millions of poor ones. We need one person that can speak for the people. The problem with our poiticians is that none has the wisdom and know how to prescribe solutions to the country. We are going to have a country of ignorant but rich few.

How about a ministry of education and another one for ministry of educational services.

Do you get my point?

Running a ministry, and especially a bogus one without a clear definitive mandate and responsibilities will drain the kenyan budget, and thereby creating another bunch of poor vs rich dimension.

The point of the matter is, creation of this minitries has complete insignificance to the poor mwananchi. Create few minitries then we'll see how the poor man will be clamouring for more ministries to handle its needs.

what do u mean soon????? we are currently there...............super rich get richer, poor us get poorer, i saw it somewhere in the bible.....walio nao wataongezewa......and those with kidogo will be nyan'ganywad and be given to those who have the most.......i hate being a tax payer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I like how kale mps refused to accompany Kibaki on his tour to RV. we have been IDPs too ever since Kibaki took over from Moi. it just happens that we don't live in camps. Kibaki should be pressed to address other issues like skewed civil service, meaningless portfolios before he can pretend to care about Idps. this is the only chance we got guys. lets guard it like its faith found.

Raila screwed up for the kipsigis. How he rewarded KIPKALYA KONES with a ministerial position defeats me and any other conscience.

ZK, Bett, Keter and Laboso deserved better. A missed opportunity by the lemindet guy. It might cost him politically in the near future.
